For applications submitted before September 22, 2020, we pass on your personal data to a service provider in the field of applicant management (Jobvite Inc., 1300 S El Camino Real, Ste 400 San Mateo, CA 94402 ("Jobvite")). In the event that Jobvite transfers data to the United States, there are sufficient guarantees and other instruments that ensure compliance with European data protection principles to fully guarantee the protection of your data.
For applications submitted from September 22, 2020 and for active applications submitted before this date, we pass on your personal data to a service provider in the field of applicant management (softgarden eRecruiting GmbH, Tauentzienstraße 14, 10789 Berlin (“softgarden”)).
Legal basis for the processing of your application documents is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b and Art. 88 Para. 1 GDPR in connection with § 26 Para. 1 S. 1 BDSG.
Your personal data will be transmitted securely by us through encryption. We use the TLS (Transport Layer Security) coding system. In addition, we protect our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, alteration or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons through technical and organisational measures.
