Our management team has longstanding experience in e-commerce, home & living, consumer and technology industries as well as a proven track record of advancing our business.
After graduating from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management with a degree in Business Administration, Marc worked at the private equity firm Cinven as a principal and for Boston Consulting Group as a consultant. He later set up the furniture brand Fashion for Home. Following the sale to home24, Marc was appointed to the Management Board of home24 as Co-CEO where he has been instrumental in the expansion of the platform’s growth and sustainability. In 2020, Marc became the sole Chairman of the Management Board of the now home24 SE.
After her studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Brigitte worked at McKinsey. In 2009, she founded avandeo, an online shop for designer furniture. Together with Rocket Internet, she successfully set up the beauty startup Glossybox. In 2014 she joined home24 to lead the development of the company's private label business. Before being appointed to the Management Board as COO in 2020 at the now home24 SE, she was instrumental for the successful implementation of key operational investment projects.
Philipp graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster in 2008. Following five years of work as a consultant for KPMG and Horváth & Partners in the areas of Controlling, Finance and Risk Management, Philipp joined home24 in 2013. Since then, he has proven himself in various financial and managerial positions, including SVP Finance and Head of Investor Relations. Since 2021, Philipp is CFO and member of the Management Board of the home24 SE.
